1. Information We Access and Collect

AutoEmails uses Google OAuth credentials to connect directly to your specified Gmail mailbox. This access is utilized solely for the following purposes:

• Scanning incoming emails from designated Google reseller addresses.
• Downloading original Google Workspace billing PDF attachments.
• Parsing billing amounts, currency, subscription types, and domain details.

We store only the parsed invoice metadata (amounts, invoice numbers, dates) and the PDF files in our secure database/local storage. We do not store or read unrelated personal emails.

2. How We Use the Information

The data retrieved is processed internally within the AutoEmails software to:

• Generate client-specific invoices with custom agency markups.
• Distribute branded PDF invoices and overdue payment notifications.
• Sync client profiles with Zoho Books API.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored securely on your dedicated database. Connection tokens and sync credentials can be disconnected at any time from the Settings dashboard, which instantly revokes API and mailbox access.
