Welcome to AutoEmails. By configuring your Google Workspace and Zoho Books connections to our invoicing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
AutoEmails provides automated invoice synchronization, client reseller markup calculations, and email notification scheduling. We provide this system on a self-hosted or managed basis. You retain responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all generated invoices before they are dispatched to clients.
By connecting Zoho Books or Gmail via OAuth, you grant AutoEmails explicit permissions to perform automated queries on your behalf. You guarantee that you hold the necessary administrative permissions to read mail attachments and create/edit Zoho invoices for your organization.
AutoEmails is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial discrepancies, email delivery failures, or incorrect pricing outputs generated by the custom markup engine. It is your sole responsibility to check the invoice amounts.
